This company is AWEFUL! I booked them because they were cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! Do not use them, especially for groups! They refused to pick up travelers from my group, drivers complained to the attendees about not getting cash tips, their dispatch staff spoke rudely to our attendees (when they answered the phones), and they refused to apologize for the horrible service and still charged us for pick ups that they did not make. The owner was amazingly rude and when I cancelled the last transfer that I had due to the bad service, he siad he was still going to charge me. I had to block my card to all charges from the company since he already overcharged me for the pick ups. I have never been treated so badly by a vendor. Beware!
