AV is a horrible company. They have terrible customer service and their games have gone downhill since their squabble (over money)with Infinity Ward.
They have effectively ruined the COD franchise with MW2 and Blag Ops. Their community manager for Black Ops went so far as to blame players (customers) for the incredible amount of lag that makes Black Ops all but unplayable.
The BBB needs to go and check out Activision and how they are treating their loyal customers.
I will be filing a complaint against AV.
