I was very impressed with Michele Berman and her assistant Casey. Michele came through with an interest rate which was significantly less than I had anticipated. In fact it was lower than the rate of my variable loan. All I had wanted was a 'fixed' interest rate rather than be subject to the fluctuations of a variable one and I certainly didn't expect to also get one that would be lower.
Michele and Casey were so attentive in returning my phone calls that they made me feel that my loan was the only one they were working on. Together they guided me through the extensive loan process by 'walking' me through every detail. Both Michele and Casey were attentive, efficient, and were pleasant to work with and they were very knowledgeable in this field of their expertise. Activus, the company they work with should be very pleased and delighted to have them as part of their organization.
