We just finished the re-fi of our home and our loan officer, Chris, was fantastic. We had a myriad of problems on our end. He was on-the-ball with keeping us on target (no small task) and followed through on all the little details. He was professional and friendly and we were very impressed with how easy it was to reach him and how quickly he responded to our emails and questions, etc. Paperwork is always a hassle; even on-line, but this process was so smooth. He definitely earned five stars. Chris, it was truly a pleasure to work with you and we thank you more than words can say.
