My father purchased "services" from these guys for $2,998. He hasn't heard from them again. He THOUGHT they were going to help him sell his time share, but with so many not even selling for $1 on eBay, it's no wonder he hasn't heard anything.
Do NOT pay any money up front to any company before services are rendered.
AND...
If it sounds too good to be true, it IS. RUN AWAY QUICKLY. Hang up the phone.
