I am writing to complain about inferior service from Adobe Roofing Company, Inc. Everything seemed fine when the hi-tech roof was installed and their employees were pleasant to deal with. Then the leaks started. The first time our contractor called it took several calls before they responded. The second time our contractor called, it took many more phone calls. AND, our roof is still leaking. Our contractor called them over a month ago and they have not responded at all. I will attempt to reach the owner personally, but it seems their web site is no longer in service and they may not even be in business any longer. I feel that service after the installation is as important, if not more important than the installation. We have had damage to our wood ceiling, painted walls, and furniture.
