Several years ago we had to take Rick and Susan Rose to court in attempt to get our money back due to their breach of contract. This was when they called their business Adoption Facilitation Services. It appears they have since changed the name. The Small
Claims Court agreed with us. The Roses appealed the decision and lost again. The second court also agreed with us. A judgement has been issued against Rick Rose whereby he has never paid. Don't take my word for it, perform a background check on Mr. Rick Rose
and see for yourself. The best advice is to hire your own attorney to protect you from people and businesses like this. I hope nobody goes through what we experienced. No matter what rebuttal might be posted, do yourself a favor and do a background check on
Mr. Rose.
