We adopted both our child with the help of Rick and Suzanne Rose. While there were a few complications, overall we are very happy with the service they provided. We tried another bigger, well known agency and found them to be impersonal and cold. That agency did not follow through and did not give us the whole story. We then signed up with Rick and Suzanne. They were upfront and honest with us and knew all about the birth mothers and situations. Adoption is a very emotional and trying process. Matching with a birth mother can be unpredictable and rocky, however, we are grateful for the support and hope the Rick and Suzanne gave to us throughout the process, and are very happy with both our adopted boys!!
