I hired Mr. Tabibi to file a probate case because of my mother's death without any will. I paid Mr. Tabibi $1500 plus $355.00 filing fees. He never filed the case. He impersonated an attorney, but he is a paralegal. I now have a certified attorney and have been appointed by the court as administrator by the court in my probate case. I have called Mr. Tabibi, and my attorney has written Mr. Tabibi 2 separate letters, which Mr. Tabibi has ignored. He led me to believe he was an attorney., he's nothing but a paralegal. He lied, committed fraud, committed a conflict of interest, impersonated himself to be an attorney, and stole my money. I am a Vietnam 100% Service Connected Veteran and this money was part of my service connect pension.
This guy is a used car dealer.
