Did not deliver services promised and paid for

Company agreed to file back taxes with IRS and negotiate a payment plan. After months they then switched people on me and demanded more money($3500) to complete the work. I was upset but paid. They filed the taxes but now they will not return my calls
or answer my letters,emails.They did not complete the work I paid a total of $7700 for. Did not deliver on services I paid for. I kep getting told to wait and now they will not talk to me at all. The numbers all still work but all go to voicemail. Emails and
letters go unanswered.
