I was referred to Emma Duffield by a fellow client who filed for bankruptcy with her. We went to see her and had to pay everything up front and she started our bankrupcty but never filed. I tried to reach her through email and calling and showing up at the place of business never returned any calls or emails. She took off with all of our money and my mother's money and personal information. I would recommend no one doing business with this lady.. I trusted her and she just took our money and ran.
