This company operates unprofessionally and does not pay their clients properly. Employees working for Bloom Energy in San Jose California have been denied back pay for graveyard pay rates as well as holiday pay. When contacting them, they do not respond in a timely manner. I feel it is time for the department of Labor Standards to intercede.
