I hired Affordable Legal Help to represent me with my custody battle. They set me up with a payment plan knowing I had a court date coming up. After the first payment was received they were to file a motion for continence so I could pay the balance in full. The first payment came and they withdrew more than was contracted to and never filed any motion what so ever. I lost my case.They never contacted me, after several calls to the "case management department" I filed a dispute with my credit card company for fraud. Had I seen the BBB report prior to signing the agreement, I would have never have signed it. My complaint is the same as everyone's here. They took my money and never returned any service. This company should be shut down!
