I bought a whole off-grid house system from these guys (except for batteries), spending around $10,000. The salesman was always pleasant enough, but as soon as the check was cashed things started to go downhill. Slowly at first... there was some small (yet key) thing missing from my order, so apologies and a week later, it got in.
I self-installed, so I had some questions, especially as it turns out these guys seem to just be bundlers and re-sellers - there were instruction manuals that came with each piece, but no overall 'do this first' or, 'here's how these go together'.
So I started emailing, and calling, with questions. no response. I went on their site 'contact us' form and basically wrote a 'what the hell man' note, and again, apologies and a quick (turns out ONLY) call from a tech support guy, who leaves a message, never to pick up the phone again.
So I start emailing the guy. Sure, I'm not a professional, so maybe some questions were a little simple, but let me just put it this way: I got the stuff in July and still haven't gotten a satisfactory answer out of the guy now in November.
Yes, emails were responded to, with days in between, sometimes more than a week... yet almost always with just a wrong-enough answer that generated more questions.
12 days ago I emailed the tech guy on a Monday morning, copied the sales guy, and said "I need to talk to you about this on the phone. Please call me this week"... and, nothing.
I finally called the manufacturer directly, and from dialling to hanging up in SIXTEEN minutes, with some testing, everything was understood and taken care of. 16 minutes instead of 150 days.
To sum up, don't use these guys, as all they do is resell you someone else's stuff without the support or professionalism you'd expect.
