THEY THINK WE ARE STUPID

i was quoted over $2700 to replace out water heater after hearing their recorded phone message that they are competitive. When I said NO, the manager called back and said he would offer me "next month's special" which was $979.00. When I inquired about
why such a big price difference, he said that his technician miscalculated. Miscalculated111 it was almost an $1800 difference! I also lauhged when he told me that the price was high because they needed to pull permits. Really! What city hall is opnened on
a Saturday night to issue a permit! What a scam. Shame on them! If I could select zero stars, I would.
