If you call this company you will regret dialing the number. I called them on 11/25/2014 @ 1:30 and I was told they would arrive at my location between 3 and 5 O'clock pm. Truck pulled in front of my house at 4:35 the driver knock on the door at 4:43pm
the sun had already gone down. I showed the driver my hot water tank, he tried to click the igniter button a few times, he told me he would be right back he was going see how much the part would cost. He came back and quoted the price of $500.00. I told him
that is the cost of a new tank. He said I know, but I will have charge you $99.00 for the trip. The part he was talking about was a Pilot assembly (Thermocouple)which cost $12.00 Never call this company.
