Going through Aforma Financial Services to secure our mortgage was a fantastic experience. We worked with Joseph and Steven and I can't say enough good things about either of them. There were a lot of brokers competing for our business and I am very glad we went with Aforma
Joseph Pichette is a pretty special guy. I think you have to work with him to truly appreciate it, but I'll at least try to explaining it. From our very first contact, Joseph always took the time to make sure I really understood all the options that were available to me. In fact when I first called him around 7:00 PM he was on his way out of the office, but he still spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me to clear up some questions that I had. Joe has a wonderful ability to explain things in a way that makes sense to people. It's hard to overstate how valuable a skill that is considering the consequences of taking out a mortgage, and the breadth of financing options available. He also has an incredible amount of patience and I never once felt pressured to make a decision one way or another.
Over the two months we worked together Joseph, Steven and I probably exchanged over 200 emails -- some of them quite detailed. Their committment to making sure I always had the best information was just incredible. In the end Aforma got us a great deal on our mortgage, as we were able to work out an option that completely filled our needs. This entire experience has been some of the best customer service I've received anywhere.
I'm a pretty busy guy and I never take the time to write reviews. In fact it has been almost 6 months since we closed on our house. Joseph and Steven did such a fantastic job however that I just have to give credit where it's due. The service we received went beyond our highest expectation. I recommend Aforma Financial Services wholeheartedly and without reservation.
