I am so glad I contacted aimloan to qualify for a loan on the house. I began working with a local lender who quoted me a higher rate. I kept checking aimloan's rates online and they were always a half a point lower. Even closing costs were much lower.
Everyone told me to stay away from them because they will scam me. I finally decided not to listen to anyone and find out for myself. I mean there were positive reviews out there as well, and surely people were not writing good things about aimloan just because
they were asked to do it! Well I found out for myself that this company and the people who work there are really professional and out to make sure that people get qualified and close on their loans. All I got from aimloan was caring people who told me they
will do their job and if I did my job, e.g. have all my documents and forms in order, then we will close on the house. I did not give them 30 days or so. I only gave them 10 days to get everything done to close. That's because I listened to the people around
me and wasted a lot of time. But then 10 days before closing, I told the local lender I'm leaving, and aimloan will get me a lower rate and closing costs. The local lender said, you will never close on time with them, look at their awful reviews. And then
said, you owe us $425 for the appraisal on the house. I paid the $425,and they can shove it up their nose, because I saved over $300 on closing and $54 per month on a 30 year loan due to lower interest rate! Please do consider aimloan, even if you just give
them a call and ask a few questions to see if this is something you want to do! You will not be disappointed.
