This company cannot be trusted! We scheduled a $99 carpet cleaning for my elderly mother (89) and were not present when the cleaning crew arrived and talked her into an unnecessary $449 cleaning. We contacted the company and talked to a subject who identified herself only as Kristin, the manager. She was rude, uncooperative and argumentative and wouldn't consider discussing the related costs. She said if we didn't like what she had to say we should contact the better business bureau...so here I am! Don't ever use this company! I wish I had read the prior review on this company and I wouldn't have had this problem.
