Air Fresh Chem Dry came out to clean my carpets for Thanksgiving, and I had people coming from out of state for the holiday. This was my first time using Chem-Dry and this particular franchise. I was very pleased by the service I received. The technician was friendly and professional. The vehicle was in good condition and labeled. The prices were in line with what I was told over the phone. My carpets dried in less than an hour and were spot free at the end of my service. Even my very high traffic area spots were addressed. I am very leery about letting people into my home, and I can say from experience that this company hires people that have professionalism written all over them from the moment they come to the door. I would have to recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning service.
