Have ordered twice from Airsoft GI with no problems, expect 4 days for the order to be processed before anything gets shipped. The packaging is nice and safe, like amazon or any trusted company. My gun had a card with it that said that it was tested and even crono'd before shipping. It shot at what they said it would. 4/5 stars because the processing could be quicker.
