About 5 months ago, my son bought an airsoft gun from Airsoft GI. We needed to get a copy of the manual. I looked on line for hours trying to find a copy for this particular gun only to have to give up. I called Harrison at Airsoft GI and asked for help. He took the time to email me a copy of this impossible to find manual. That goes above and beyond customer service. With customer service like this, I would recommend Airsoft Gi.
