I had my heater stop working and tried to pick a company and everyone I called had an answering service that asked that I leave a message. I asked my neighbor who they might suggest because they have been in Newbury Park for over 20+ yrs. They suggested Aladdin. I was so pleased when a live person answered the phone. She was very informed she scheduled a service man for that same day my heater got fixed and had a maintenance done on it as well. Then two days later that lady from the office called me to make sure I was pleased with the service and thanked me for using Aladdin. WOW
