It is Saturday 9:21 AM, turned on the AC at 72 degrees at 8 AM, called Alicia Air to request service - $100.00 for AFTER HOURS VISIT!!! THEN ANOTHER $89.00 JUST TO RING MY DOOR BELL?!!!! So, essentially, $200.00 BEFORE ANYTHING IS CHECKED?! NO THANK YOU! I rate NO STARS!!! Calling the next company....
