DO NOT do business with these people. They sent out a tech and he said a pump to the Central Air unit was broken and it was under warrantee. They set us up for an appointment to fix it and as he put it, free. Next day, their service manager, call and said they will fix it for $250.00. He stated that it was not their fault and that the pump was physically damaged by someone. Nobody else live here but us. He said that it was vandalized and that we shoved something in the space to cause the pump to break. They are just a bunch of liars who apparently do not know what they are doing.
