Bad News-Stay Away From This Company

I booked transport of my vehicle 3 weeks in advance of shipping. In fact they guaranteed a 48 hour window for pick-up prior to the scheduled pick-up date. When it came 4 days before shipping I called this company to make sure we were still on schedule.
Well, guess what, they told me my order was cancelled and they couldn't do the job. No apologies either. What I found out from other sources is they bid their work with truckers and if a trucker doesn't take the bid you are screwed. This company never called
me to let me know they cancelled my order. Imagine how this upsets your travelling plans. So, I had to start all over at the last minute and find a more reputable business. I also found out that some of these transport companies change their company names
when they get a lot of bad reports. Watch out, All American Transport is probably one of these companies. Stay away from them so you don't get shafted like I did.
