In Dec 2010, I hired All American Trusted Van Lines, Inc to move my furniture from San Diego, CA to Bellingham, WA. I was told by a salesman from All American that my furniture would be delivered within 5 days from the pickup date. I feel he told me this to get my business and instead my furniture was moved into their storage facility until January 20th, then reloaded onto a truck and moved to Bellingham, WA over a month later. Many of my things were damaged in this move and I was told I could file a claim for damages. My first and only experience with this company has not been a pleasant one and I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Several attempts to speak to a manager about my furniture was unsuccessful as no one called me back or I got the run around about my delivery. After contacting the carrier, I was given the name of an insurance company to file a claim, which I have up to 9 months to file, but only one claim can be filed. Be sure to check for several references, and watch out for hidden add ons like packing blankets & tape.
