Very very very poor service

I would not give even one star rating to this company. Making long story short, they quoted the shipping amount low. I paid for the deposit depsite many reviews aobut the company and carries. Receveid a call back that driver was asking for more money but will certainely pick up the car the day before my departure or atleast on the day of departure. Agreed to the higher price. Still driver did not pick up the car even the day when I left my original place to my destination. I had to arrange somebody to be pressnt when driver picks up my car. Still my car is at the original place. I left 6, yes please six messages to the company for sales and custmor service but no body bothered to call me back as they already got my money and now I have to deal with the driver. Please sepnd your money for the reputable company who really does it's job. Very poor service, nobody will return your call.
