I used All Valley Air based on reviews that I had read online, and I was very satisfied. I called in the morning on a hot day because neither my air nor my heat pump were working. They fit me in and were there by the afternoon. Jeff was very patient with my bazillion questions, carefully explained and showed me the issues and didn't try and sell me more than I needed, which is refreshing. They had a tough time finding out how many tons my poor old air conditioner was, and really went the extra mile to figure out what I had given that all the tags had been painted over or fallen off. The service was great, the price was reasonable and they have a new satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend them (and I am VERY picky)...and my house is now nice and cool! Thank you!
