Today (4-14-11) is the second time I have used All Valley Air services, and they are outstanding. Last October, they replaced the freon for my air conditioning system. However, only 6 m months later, the air conditioning stopped cooling again, so i called them back. They had to replace 3 pounds of freon, but explained that the freon should not have disappeared so soon. The next day they came to check for leaks and found two in the attic. When they checked the outside unit, they discovered that the inside had been corroded because two sprinklers were pouring water into it.
They patiently explained the problems to me and the possible solutions, which made it easier for me to make a decision. I decided to have a new unit installed. They installed it in less than two hours, and did so efficiently and quickly. I am ready for summer now.
The staff are polite, pleasant and energetic. They really take pride in their work and show a genuine concern for the customer. I have a personal doctor, barber and mechanic. Now I have personal air conditioning experts. I highly recommend them.
