After reading the reviews for Allbright's "bait and switch" methods, that is exactly what they do. If you request just what you signed up for on the phone, they do a shoddy job and leave quickly. Bonnie, the manager, was rude and unhelpful when I called to complain, and as I see from other reviews,always has an excuse. There are plenty of other credible carpet cleaners that deserve the business rather than this dishonest company.
