DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE

I went here for Botox/Dysport & told Therese that I did NOT need shots between my eyes & wanted an eyebrow lift only. I also told her that I did not want shots on the outside of the corner of my eyes as I've had that before and it made no difference. When she was giving me injections I mentioned this to her again & she said that she knew what she was doing & I didn't, quite rude! As she had already done one side she had to do the other side as well, again even tho I did not want shots there. When I was done I noticed a big red dot between my eyes so she did give me a shot there too. I still have red marks all over my forehead & she bruised me cuz some of the marks are purple & two of those bruises are on each side of my eye. Does she really know what she is doing???
I also told her that I only ever had 40-60 units of Dysport and when we were done she said she gave me 33 units which would be right as I didn't need between the eyes or corners of eyes.
When I went to pay the charge was a shocking $450 when I've never paid more that $225. I was really upset with this so she called Therese up & she said that she gave me 99 units since Dysport takes more units, which I knew! Well 99 units of Dysport was way more than normal or than I wanted. I've never heard of anyone getting so many units & at the very beginning she even told me that she would start slow with a lower amount & if I needed more I could come back. Again, BEFORE we started I told her I usually get 40-60 units of Dysport and where I did not want the injections. She did not discuss with me what she had planned on doing or how much she was going to inject in me.
I was WAY, WAY overcharged & had a knot in the pit of my stomach. I couldn't afford that, $450 is ridiculous but had no choice but to pay. I should have just walked out without paying unless they were going to charge me the amount I was expecting to pay.
And to top it all off my eyebrows are now sagging and my eyes look puffy. Left one is worse so the puffiness and sagging is not even the same on each side. She really f***** me over and I’m out $450 and I look horrible and I’m stuck with this for many months now.
Man I am so very pissed off at this place, will never go back & tell my friends to not go there either!
A reputable & honest business would understand they messed up & didn't listen to me, the customer, & make an adjustment to the cost, period!!
When I went back 2 weeks later to complain she was combative & had three other employees dealing with her mistake while she stood there. Then a fourth person came up to me, got right up in my face, & told me to leave or she would call the cops. I so wish they had a customer in the waiting room to see all of this.
So much for having integrity, treating their customers with respect and making good on their mistake. They all ganged up on me & treated me unprofessionally and in a threatening manner. Worse place ever!
