I was looking to refi, and had been going back and forth with other lenders, including Alliance. I chose Alliance because the staff I had been dealing with were professional, helpful and super nice! I had an offer from another BIG bank, but...no one had
called, or text, just one email (ALLIANCE, this is an awesome feature!! I work at home and talking isn't always the best choice for me). When the loan officer told me that I could get an additional point off my rate for choosing direct dep with the Credit
Union that approved me (also happy you do business with CU! Love them!!), I was sold. Went from over 25% (ya, I know...sign of the times) to approximately 13% and is pretty decent!! You can either refi, or go new car with dealerships that the company deals
with. I LOVE my 08 Jeep Liberty and didn't want to give it up. I am very pleased with your company, and especially your staff. :) I have already passed on your info to family and friends...thank you for your great staff! Keep it up!! Side note: Paperwork was
emailed as soon as I said yes, I printed, signed and overnighted (you will be guided on exactly what to and where to sign, what needs to be notarized, if applicable). They received it, done. Within approx 3 business days, I had already had contact with the
Credit Union. Great experience!! If you are looking to refi, or buy, I highly suggest this company. I was in this industry for 10 years..they are doing it right!!
