I signed up for this program and was previously told I could get all 8 books and online school as I want to get into Property Management. I'm sorry but it's not an online school if there are no lessons or resources. Basically I paid $460 for 8 books and the ability to take tests online. I just got to the 5th chapter nothing was sticking, since there were no online lessons I realized this program is not going to work for me. I was very disappointed that there were no useful tools on the site for me to practice terminology or have explanations basically it's just books you study and that's not worth the cost. I'd prefer to pay a few hundred extra and have some help or online instructions, I doubt throwing a couple videos or instructions would be so hard for them since it is advertised as "online school" (not figure it out on your own) yet there is nothing useful like this. I'm more of a visual learner and this wasn't for me. The only part I'm truly upset about is that they only give you 7 days to return after that you lose 20% of your refund it's only been about 2 weeks and I now lose like $90 I should have noticed that in the beginning any program with a 7 day policy must be pretty used to people asking for refund.
