Absolutely Horrible
I ordered a package on the 3rd, approved my design on the 6th, and was told I would get delivery before the 18th. On the 11th, when I saw that I never received a shipping email, I called to follow up. Of course, i was told by some idiot customer service rep that I would that it's being worked on. I again reiterated that I needed it before the 18th, and that I was willing to pay extra. She told me since I was promised delivery before the 18th, they wouldn't charge me extra EVEN THOUGH I ASKED TO DO SO, and that it would ship the next day (12th) so that I could have delivery for the (15th). I called today, the (13th) to confirm it was shipped yesterday and that it would arrive by Friday. I'm pissed. They said it was indeed shipped, but by ground delivery and not expedited as I was originally promised. I am furious, because I called just about every day to confirm, and I was clearly lied to multiple times. When I spoke to the manager, one of the first things he told me was that from his understanding I was "unwilling to pay the extra fee" which is an absolute lie because I ASKED CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD PAY EXTRA. Long story short, the customer service here is horrible. These people are selfish, dishonest, and incompetent. I appreciate the manager speaking with me, but I am so upset because this is so unfair. I will never work with this company again, and I warn everyone considering it to be cautious, because when you are dealing with inconsiderate, dishonest and careless people, you can be screwed over when you're just an innocent patron. I'm so upset.
