Within 24 hours I had an adverse reaction to braces. Dr. Quinci failed to return my call or ever provide me an opportunity to discuss my medical concerns with him. Dr. Quinci never followed through on information regarding the braces as he indicated he would. I lost complete trust and confidence in Dr. Quinci. I paid $5,800 up front, and he refused to meet with me to negotiate a reasonable settlement. Dr. Quinci did not leave me with any other alternative other than to litigate my legitimate claim in Court. Although I won a judgment, Dr. Quinci misrepresented significant services he provided or failed to provide. Dr. Quinci also made egregious false statements about my character. I would recommend that anyone looking for a trustworthy, competent, caring and reliable orthodontist look elsewhere.
