Great Experience With AlterMed RCM

I’ve had a great experience working with AlterMed RCM for over a year. They handle our billing very efficiently, submit clean claims, and are quick to follow up when there are any denials. Their communication has also been excellent, and I always feel like our questions are addressed promptly. They also take care of our pre-authorizations and credentialing, which has made things much easier for our practice. Overall, their team is reliable, responsive, and very knowledgeable.
