Leaving after Twenty five years of membership.

I was a member for over twenty years. After too many mistakes, poor encounters with customer service, and unsatisfactory resolutions to most problems, I contacted management and said I would be removing all of my funds. No one tried to stop me or ask how they could help. . Apparently my deposits and loans were not valued. My kids still have car loans there on which I'm still a co signer, so I am still unfortunately a customer, and once again, A big mistake has been made that results in a big problem for us. They cancelled his account for non activity after 45 days even though they knew he was studying abroad. Now his tax refund is lost in space, but no one seems to care. As a co signer on the account, I was not notified but they reminded me they didn't have to! I miss the old rescue.
