Customer Service: Unacceptable/Unprofessional

I was a member of Riverside County Schools Credit Union aka Altura Credit Union which I am a member of. Since Altura has taken over Riverside County Schools, Altura places no value on customer service. Members do pay Altura's staff's salary. I called to share with the credit union when I dial 951-684-7228's circuits were busy and I was unable to speak to anyone at Altura. The first rep indicated I dialed the wrong number and should have dialed the 888 number. I was informed I "must" dial the 888 number. I informed her I never dialed an 888 number as a requirement to speak to anyone about my account. The rep had no knowledge of the 951-684 number and stated I must be dialing an Altura Credit Union direct branch location. Rudeness and inaccurate information provided to members is not acceptable. If you do not know something, ask someone! Remember your customers are somebody.
