Experience couldn't have been better. He called at the exact minute he was due to say that he was running a few minutes late. He estimated the repair time, then kept me updated all throughout the day when the job ran long due to things out of his control. Despite spending additional time on the job, he insisted on staying with the original estimate, when I offered to pay more. Very courteous. Best of all he did a beautiful job. I can't explain the problem that another poster encountered. My experience was the polar opposite. I can't say enough good things about this company, seriously. if you don't believe me, check out their BB rating - I found them on google search and was apprehensive until I saw they had an A- and now know why their rating is so high. As for price, there are probably cheapeer people out there, but i wasn't going to pinch pennies when having work done on a 100K plus car.
