American Financial is a SCAM!!!! They were very aggressive with advertising, calls, and emails. After they collected more than 1,000.00 dollars from me they were unable to be reached by phone, letters, or emails. They failed to keep their promises of assisting with any help of getting my home modification. I am trying to figure out how I will be able to get my money back especially since the are not able to be reached. If anyone is considering this agency STOP and RUN the other direction. Please do your research thoroughly....
