Don't go with American Home Alarms
|
I signed up and security system installed. Within the first 3 months, 2 false panic alarm incidents occurred. Neither incident was caused by me, yet I ended up paying the $100 charge for each incident. I believe it's the problem with their system and/or
the installation and programming. For both incidents, I was not anywhere near the security keypad or remote control. It was not caused by me. I am extremely unhappy with the service, the lack of reliability of the system, and deeply concerned about future
possible repeated incidents.
