I bought my Honda Accord brand new and financed with Honda Financial Services. The sales man told me that I could re-finance after 6 months doing my payments on time: FIRST LIE: they do not re-finance your loan, you have to go and apply with another company and start and pay and etc. Now, I finished paying my car and sent them the last payment last month and was super happy until this week that they called me (harassed me is better because they burn your phone) saying that I still owe them $1003.00 for late fees! What? I did pay late fees and interests the two times that I was late. I just filed a complain with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation phone # is 850-487-9687. Hope this helps.
