I was contacted by American Marketing Group with a fantastic offer for my Timeshare. I was told it was a 100% "DONE DEAL" offer that would only take 60 days at most to close. This was due to the fact that they already had an approved buyer that put down a $5,000.00 deposit on the purchase of my time share unit. Well, it didn't take 30,60, 90,120 days it has been 6 months and more lies of closings that never happened. They charged me $1,298.00 for nothing but lies and empty promises. The sale persons name was (if even true) Andy Garcia he was a GREAT liar or was lied to so he believed the garbage he told me over the phone with great excitement in his voice. I can make these claims because I HAVE HIM ON TAPE MAKING THESE PROMISES!!! I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office against this Company and want them to be made to return the money they ripped off from people like me and put out of business! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They will take your money stall you off for 120 days until it's to late to file a complaint with your credit card Company and screw you over!
