Great Patio Doors and service

I purchase two patio doors from American Vision Windows. The installers did a great job, both doors fit like a glove. The doors look great. I didn't realize that one of the doors didn't include a dead bolt. I called American Vision Windows and left a message.
Carlos Gomez returned my call, Carlos explain to me that the dead bolt wasn't in the contract. Carlos was very understanding, he told me that he would install it. I'm sure most companies will not treat their customers that way. So two thumbs up for Carlos
and American Vision Windows.
