My experience with Americanos Bus company is probably amoung the worst experiences I have ever had with any service organization. This company has a complete disregard for their customers. They do not keep to their posted schedules, they do not run the bus at all if they don't feel like it. They do not inform their customer who are waiting for a bus that it is never going to show up. One morning my wife was going to go to Las Cruces at 4:40am departure, we got to the station at 4:15am and the bus had already left, half an hour early. Who does that? We had to trade in her tickets for another bus on a different day, that bus was late leaving by half an hour, on her return trip from Las Cruces the bus never ran at all, so she was stranded in Las Cruces for another full day. All the time these incidents were occuring the company employees made zero attempts to inform passengers as to what was going on. They just let people sit and wait, sometimes for hours even a full day. Most of their passengers appear to be low income, spanish speaking people who they seem to just take for granted. This bus company does not deserve to have a license to operate in New Mexico.
