A scam attempt from a bogus company

They offer to write off half of your debt. Basically, declare yourself bankrupt and pay them the money. The best part is that you must surrender your credit accounts before they give you the "credit". Is this really what it comes to nowadays? Tried to leave review on BBB, their response was: "we have no record of this client and believe this is a false review". Well, I do have a record of the conversation, like it or not. (but tells you something about BBB, indeed)
