I came to Amerihope for assistance because I did not trust my servicer & I was handling my own case and the judge seemed to be turning against me. She was rushing to get a final hearing which I did not want to handle. I want the hearing post poned and Amerihope was able to acheive that for me. Several years ago my servercer reviewed me for a mod plan with great payments and after a year of making payments they turned me down and allowed me to go for 5 year with out making a payment. Ms. Shannon Baker stayed on top of them and made sure they did what they said they were going to do. My agreement was exactly as they indicated. Even though my payments are higher than I want them to be, the lender is forgiving almost half of my loan over the next 3 years. In three years I should be able to refinance my loan with payments that are substantially less. Also, when the Amerihope payments were more than I could afford after I started making my new mortgage payments, she put me in touch with someone at Amerihope that could help me. Ms Baker is a great employee that knows what she is doing and is willing to work to get the best deal that she can for her clients. Great job Ms Baker.
