To whom it may concern:
we received the worst service ever from Extreme Dream Limo service.
To start the day off Alex the limo driver did not know how to really get to the wineries, he got lost and had to make several u turns to get us to our first destination. The rest of the trips went okay until it came time to drop us off at our dinner location, I made sure he was aware that our evening would end by being dropped off at the Gambling Cowboy in old Town he assured me he knew where that was. Well come to find out on our way there he did not know where this place was and kept asking us, none of knew exactly so he made some calls as we requested. Well apparently the directions he received were not accurate either and proceeded to drop us off in a dark alley in the rain. We ended up having to walk two long blocks to our location in the rain. One this was an un safe place for anyone to be dropped off and two what type of driver thinks it is okay for his party to walk in the rain. Your limo service came highly recommended and I felt confident when I spoke to you that we were going to be in good hands, at this time I feel that the service we received was absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a driver. Our group has plans to take another trip in the next month and I had hoped that we could have used Extreme limo for that trip however based on this weekend’s journey I don’t see why we would.
