Disrespectful and Unprofessional Business.

I went in for an interview during the hiring process last summer and the entire procedure was poorly organized. I was never told which building to go to, the hiring manager didn't even know which building she was going to be in during the interview time she herself scheduled with me. Extremely unprofessional. Made strange assumptions about my athletic ability and interests that were uncomfortable. The interviewer seemed as if she didn't actually review my resume prior to the interview process. Altogether very unprepared, disorganized, and unprofessional. I felt as though I had been misled during this hiring process and after the interview, I left a 1-star Google review online saying, "Very poor communication skills, very unprofessional, worst interview/hiring process I've ever experienced."
Months pass and no response, reply, or anything by the business. Then on September 28th, 2023 they respond on Google reviews with, "If you are seeing this review, please click on Jacobs other reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know. Thanks Jacob Smithburg for the review. As a small business that has been around since 2001. We enjoy reviews that make us laugh."
So, they never took responsibility for, nor acknowledged their unprofessional behaviors and instead tried to belittle my experience and discredit me. I then updated my review (attached in supporting documents) to no updates from the business. It was then brought to my attention that my review was no longer appearing anywhere on Google reviews, and that the business had been flooded with 25+ 5-star reviews in the 12 hours since they replied to my initial review. Which is highly suspicious.
I want the true nature of this business to be easily viewed and within public knowledge in regard to their unprofessionalism, unpreparedness, disorganization, poor communication, and how far they will go to bury negative experiences had by individuals with said business. They should be held accountable for their actions.
I invite you to look at how they respond to anyone who gives them low Google reviews. Maybe they should take feedback instead of trying to get into Google review battles.
